RIP Robert Sherman

We’ve lost a legend today. Robert B. Sherman, of the iconic Sherman Brothers, has passed away. To honor Robert, here is a video of his Main Street Window ceremony speech. You will be missed. As one Twitter user said, “Your songwriting magic will never be forgotten as long as there’s a great, big, beautiful tomorrow.”

If I Only Had a Heart (Unused Version) - Buddy Ebsen, Adriana Caselotti

Buddy Ebsen, known for his role as Jed in The Beverly Hillbillies and playing a side-kick in Disney’s Davy Crockett miniseries, was originally cast as the Tin Man. Unfortunately, he fell ill due to an allergic reaction to the makeup that was used and, as a result, was replaced by Jack Haley. Adriana Caselotti also has a Disney background, providing the voice for Snow White in Snow White and the Seven Dwarves. She was named a Disney Legend in 1994.

Guess what I’m about to watch! P.S. Looking for Enchanted things on Tumblr is irritating because all I keep getting is lyrics to Taylor Swift’s dumb song. (To be fair, I never heard it. So it probably isn’t ‘dumb,’ but I would definitely prefer Disney over her songs)
